A proven leader at senior, strategic positions in large, global, geographically dispersed and complex organisations, Shekar has spent over two and a half decades heading large, globally diverse teams for multinational corporations like Ford Motor Co, Intel and Nokia Corp. His area of expertise covers General Management across various functions and across Industries like Automotive, Technology, Telecom and Retail. He is a subject matter expert in the Shared Services and SCM domains across categories. Shekar has managed large and geographically diverse global teams. He has traveled widely and has a sound understanding of various cultures across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Understanding people & their drivers is his passion. He is an active Coach and has been mentoring several people over the years. Transformational Leadership is his specialty; driving change is what he finds most exhilarating at work. He currently runs his own consulting firm which specializes in Startup advisory, Shared Services and Business Transformation and has a diverse set of clients from global leaders in Aviation and Consumer Durables to a series of start-ups.

Ilankumaran J has been in the IT / ITES Industry for close to 30 years. In his illustrious carrier, he has been associated with companies like ITC Limited, Polaris Software, Satyam Computers, Apollo Hospitals Group and Intellect Design Arena Limited. He has been with Gamma Process Hub from Feb’18 onwards and is taking care of Human Resources and Operations. Specialties: Solution Design and Implementation, Service Delivery Management, Large Scale Implementation, KPI Based performance management and Coaching. • Call Centre Solution design for ‘108’ Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI). This is the 108 Emergency ambulance service implemented across multiple states in India. • Aircel – Apollo Mobile Health Care Implementation for Apollo Hospitals. This is an on call health advice service implemented for Aircel Customers across Chennai and ROTN. • Setting up of H1N1 Help line for Apollo Hospitals, Madurai covering the population of Southern Tamil Nadu. • Managing the customer service process for Bata India Limited. Thathi has been with the organisation for the past 14 years.Thathi is an expert in the BPO facility management and administration.He is currently heading the Administration function at Gamma managing across all the three facilities at Chennai, Hyderabad and Gurgoan housing 1500 work stations.He is well versed with Costing and can ramp up facilities within a short time.He is very active in PR and has a wide professional network.Thathi has received the Chairman's Award for Individual Excellence 2007-2008.
